Any yield, APY, or performance-related figures displayed on AlphaPing interfaces are provided for informational purposes only. Such figures are not guarantees of future performance, do not constitute promises of return, and should not be relied upon as projections or forecasts.
Past performance, historical yield, or observed outcomes are not indicative of future results.
Indicative and Variable Nature of Yield
Displayed yield figures may change continuously based on on-chain conditions, including but not limited to utilization, liquidity, collateral dynamics, protocol parameters, and market activity.
Yield figures may be calculated using assumptions, estimations, or protocol-reported metrics and may differ from realized outcomes experienced by participants.
No Investment Advice or Recommendation
AlphaPing does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, asset management, or suitability assessments. Information presented on AlphaPing-operated interfaces does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any asset or to participate in any strategy.
Users and counterparties are solely responsible for assessing the suitability, risks, and consequences of interacting with any on-chain protocol or vault.
Non-Custodial Operation
AlphaPing does not take custody of user assets. All interactions occur directly between users and third-party smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. AlphaPing does not control user funds, private keys, or transaction execution.
Third-Party Protocol Dependence
Yield generation, if any, arises from interactions with third-party protocols, including but not limited to decentralized lending, borrowing, or collateral mechanisms. AlphaPing does not control, guarantee, or insure the behavior, security, or economic outcomes of such protocols.
Any yield-related behavior is subject to the design, rules, and risks of the underlying protocols.
Fees, Costs, and Deductions
Displayed yield figures may not reflect all costs, including protocol fees, liquidation penalties, transaction fees, slippage, or other on-chain costs. Realized outcomes may be lower than indicative figures due to such factors.
No Right to Compensation or Bounties
AlphaPing does not operate a bug bounty, yield guarantee, insurance, or compensation program unless explicitly stated in writing. The absence of an explicitly declared program means no entitlement to rewards, bounties, or compensation exists.
Jurisdictional and Regulatory Considerations
AlphaPing GmbH is a Switzerland-based entity. AlphaPing is not a licensed asset manager, investment advisor, or financial institution under Swiss law or any other jurisdiction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in their respective jurisdictions.
